The Royal Wood branded product is manufactured from a composite co-extrusion which combines several processes and materials to achieve superior product characteristics never before obtained. The combination of a low density foamed core, a high density solid cap and a core material blend of thermolastic resins, additives and wood fiber creates products that are stronger, more stable, light weight, maintenance free and more user-friendly than previous plastic and composite materials.
